"We needed our roof cleaned in the worst way and found NW Pro
Services on Angie's List. Jay came over the same day we called
and juggled his schedule to get our roof cleaned the next day, as
we had an event at our house the morning after. The 3 man crew
worked a solid 7 hours and now our roof, siding, and drive way look
almost brand new. It was a big job, as our house is 3 stories and
has a separate 2 story garage, and we are in the woods, so lots of
moss and leaves. We couldn't be happier with the results!"

Our tile roof was heavily laden with moss. We have several close,
large trees which constantly rain debris down on it. It was in need
of a thorough cleaning a year or more ago.
I received a bid from a company we had worked with in the past. I also contacted NW Pro Services after looking at Angie's List. I'm glad I did. My initial phone conversation with Jay Tanner was so positive I decided to go with his company even though the bid was somewhat higher.
It was apparent Jay was experienced, knowledgeable and professional. He explained in detail what services were needed and why. He answered my questions and asked several of his own. His enthusiasm for his work was obvious, as was his commitment to customer service.
We had previously scheduled an appraisal of our home for the following week. We had no expectation that the roof cleaning could be done before the appraisal. However, Jay felt it was important to have the job completed before the appraisal. It was and the house looked spectacular. Jay had included in his bid cleaning of our driveway, sidewalks and even the street at curbside. We had our decks cleaned and also our cedar fence. Clean up afterward was thorough. The house and windows were rinsed.
NW Pro Services offers annual roof maintenance services which will cut costs for us over time. This is the first time anyone has recommended continuing (and timely) preventive maintenance and it is very much appreciated.
